Mummy chanced upon this insightful parenting book, "好孩子的成功99%靠父母" last week. The author is the daughter of the former Korea President. She married her Professor and became the step-mother of his 3 children. To me, she is a woman with the biggest heart. She gave up her career to take good care of her 3 step-children so well that all three went to Yale and Havard Universities and became very successful professionals when they grow up.

Remember what you learned in A+ Kid Super Learning, emulate people who are successful. Mummy sees the author as a very successful Mummy and will emulate her way in bringing up good children. Here's some great advice for parents from her:

. The fundamentals for parents to raise good children: Lead your own life with confidence, be prepared to make unconditional sacrifice, believe in your principles, the wish for all children to have a healthy and happy childhood

. Home is a place where we exercise our patience and care for every family member

. If the family is not stable and united, we can never raise good children

. Overly concerned over children will pressurise them
